Ceracast has the ability to produce 140 000 castings per month ranging from several grams to 10 Kgs. Ceracast has 12 pattern moulding machines and a melting capacity of 1260 Kg and 525 Kw to manufacture the latter.
All these capabilities help to set Ceracast apart from the competition and the common denominator, is that each enables Ceracast to retain maximum control of the production process. We can be confident of our product quality because we’ve managed the process in-house from the time the raw material enters our factory, to the time the end-product is dispatched to the customer.
