Metallurgical analysis on all melts is done on a spectrometer (a computerised analysis machine that enables the company to conduct metallurgical analysis and make-up). The air conditioned laboratory is kept in a pristine condition and all equipment is verified daily against certified standards to ensure compliance.  

Ceracast specialises in Low Alloy cast steels, cast iron, stainless steel and copper base castings. Our opportunities lie in sectors that require high precision componentry in stainless steel - such as automotive, mining, food processing, orthopaedic, glass and general engineering. Almost any type of steel and cast iron can be produced.
