Ceracast has a lead time of maximum six weeks from date of order if the dies for specific components are available and operational. Samples for approval are normally expedited to ensure that our customer can meet their customer expectations. The view that we are in partnership with our customers calls for the best lead time possible and where necessary will by agreement, minimum stock be carried to ensure availability.

Ceracast delivers castings on a weekly basis and if necessary, overnight deliveries can also be done.  We make use of a local transport company which is a very efficient and reliable transporter with real time internet tracking capability. The product is packed as per the customer specification and delivered to the customer’s stores after receiving rust preventive treatment. Packaging materials with low environmental impact is used and can be recycled.
